Hi I'm relatively new to this so forgive me. I recently built my computer, and booted it up and everything was fine, besides the fact that a piece of the sata connector broke on my hard drive but it all still worked for a good 4 days. Then I tried using my second hard drive and when I went back to my first it gets stuck on the BIOS Gigabyte splash screen. I am using my second HDD and it will show up in windows. Here are my PC stats
Motherboard: GB-Z87-D3HP
Ram: 2x4 Corsairs
GPU: Radeon R9 280x
CPU: Intel i5 3.5 GHz
HDD: 1 160GB(forgive me for not knowing the names)
1 1TB
Please help me, much appreciated.

Hey Peyton. I'd suggest that you contact the customer support of the drive's manufacturer and explain your situation so that you know if you can RMA it. If it wasn't your fault for breaking the pins of the SATA connector (at least that's what I understood from your post), they might agree to replace it, although breaking a physical part of the HDD is often not covered by most Warranty policies.

Good luck with your drive.
