Computer randomly started shutting down roughly every hour

So I have never had any real issues with my computer until recently, with no odd or out of normal indications my computer has recently shutting off completely every one hour or so, give or take about 5-20 minutes.

I have no clue what to do, what it could be, and since I have no clue what it could be I have no clue how to fix it.

Using Amd control center the temp hasnt been past 40*c

Any help would be appreciated I am rather new so full insightful advice would be awesome.

Hello, so I managed to have the computer stay on all night, which leads me to think its either from downloading, or browsing the internet (which is normally when it crashes)

So im thinking possibly driver problems.
Cpu hasnt been above 40c at any of the crashes fyi

Hello sadly I dont have an extra power supply, oddly enough the computer lasted all night last night and all day today so far without any issues what so ever.

Not exactly sure if anything happened, but so far its been working the way it used to, which baffles me a bit more.
But sorry no extra power supply, any other way to perhaps test it?
