Ok im going to cut to the chase, i need a replacement mobo after screwing up my first *asus crossair v formula z* no need to know the details. if you must check my past posts. ok heres what im thinking. atm money is tight. And i really need a replacement. I can get the asus crossair v formula z again..but it will take quite awhile to get and save up. so i was thinking i could get this http://www.amazon.com/ASRock-Motherboard-FATAL1TY-990FX-KILLER/dp/B00HQRDE7Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1414380309&sr=8-1&keywords=asrock++Fatal1ty+990fx its asrock....i know asrock is shit but still.....its red and black and it looks pretty nice and i watched a few videos and people seem pretty happy with it....

But im sorta turned away at the fact there is only 3 reviews on amazon and its like no one buys it there...and all of them are pretty bad reviews. I need a replacement bad.

ll save up to get the same mobo again.....but will it be really bad for me to get the asrock
? i could get the saber tooth too....its pretty sturdy i heard. or maybe a gigabyte.....i just dont know, this next replacement will not be like my last because i learned my mistake on how i fried the mobo XD but im trying to stay with in a good price this time around so i can afford to get a replacement closed loop cooler also because that died too. so any one here have any experience with asrock?

I believe that board has really high idle consumption. If money is tight and you intend to save up for the rog board again just get a 970 board that can support your cpu. The sabretooth is cheaper than the rog board for much the same features. Asrock isn't "Shit" and their new intel boards are actually quite good.

as i said i just found out it can, but sli is limited on it to 4x with 2 in and oc head room is diminished with the power phases. Ill go 990fx because of that. So now i got to decide on crossair or saber tooth or the one sr 71 recommended.

did i say cheap? No? I said i can get the corsair but ill need to save a little. I was just hoping i can save a bit of money. But i want to stay with 990fx as its the best chipset for the fx 8350 and above, thats a fact. Im going with what the guy above you recommend or the crossair or the sabertooth. but thanks for informing me that the 970 is supported as i never knew that. the more you know lol. yeah case closed.
