Hello everyone,
I would like you give an opinion on the my computer configuration.
I had recently bought a gigabite mother board(GA-970A-DS3P) and an fx 6300 3.5 amd processor, I have a Zotac 210graphic card which i am thinking of upgrading it to sapphire amd/ati radeon R7 250 1gb ddr5 grahpic card.
I have frontech 450watt psu.
internal hard disk is 1tb(500gbX2)
OS win7, 64bit
I have the following questions
1. i still have a slow boot, what could be the problem?
2. Is the graphic card good enough as i would like play games on pc?
3. Do i need to upgrade my psu to 550watt or 600watt as the requirement of the graphic card is 500watt?
Please be kind enough to answer me. Much appreciated. Thank you

Go with the R7 260. I think it's only like 10-20 dollars more and you get like double the performance of what an R7 250 gets.

1. If you want a faster boot I suggest adding a SSD to your system. Solid state drives are very fast and can boot in 20 seconds. Just get a 128 GB one for $70.

2. No, this graphics card is not a very good value. I suggest getting a GTX 750 or even a GTX 750 ti. Trust me, you will get your money's worth.

3. No, if you are getting an R7 250, 450 watts is more than enough. It is even also more than enough GTX 750 and GTX 750 ti I suggested.

I'd probably save the extra few bucks (even if it takes a bit longer) for a better video card as superkill suggested. You could even look into used options. The 750/ti will be worth it for the money. A slightly cheaper alternative is the Radeon HD 6970 which is still pretty nice performance for around $100(or less).

As far as faster loads, seeing as you have two hard drives, you could run them in raid0 to speed them up some (at slightly higher risk of data loss).
