Games Crashing Specifically on Server Browsers, Possible Hardware Issue?

Hey, guys. As of right now, I have several games that have stopped working in the multiplayer departments. Two days ago, these problems were non-existent. In each of the games, I try to go the the multiplayer tabs (Server browser, etc.), and the game will either:

a) crash (probably in response to 100% cpu usage)
b) freeze (I have to close it through task manager)

- For DayZ, I click server browser, and it opens up. I can move my mouse around, but I cannot click any of the buttons, and the game fails to respond. I have to end the task.
- For Payday 2, whenever I join an online lobby - or make one - and someone connects, my game slows and stutters to the point of unresponsiveness, and shortly after, crashing.
- For Red Orchestra 2, it crashes upon opening server browser.
- For Arma II: OA, it also crashes upon opening the server browser.
- Arma III crashes as soon as I join a match.
- For Contagion, it freezes the moment I get into a game.

I am at my wit's end trying to figure out what is wrong. I've re-installed the games, I've tried rolling back my video card drivers, and I've tried recovering earlier times on my system. One of the recoveries went to before I had any problems. I had tried going back, but the problems were still there. I'm led to believe this is a problem with my router (and the firewall on that router, possibly). However, I am not entirely sure, which is why I am here. It could also be a software (or maybe hardware) problem, but due to my lack of knowledge, I have no idea. Anyways, feedback is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Here are the event logs for each individual game.

I'll do the rest shortly here.

EDIT: I ended up resetting the rules for my firewall. I ran DayZ as administrator, logged into the game, and the server browser worked. After looking around a bit, testing it, I decided to close the game and try it again, to see if I had really found a fix. Unfortunately, however, repeating the process did not yield the same results. The application stopped responding the moment I got onto the server browser.

Solution
Read a MS forum, i read 2 relevant options, the OS or the AV, try disabling your AV when testing for once so we can discard that, now if it continues i see only 1 option left, which would be formatting the PC...which sucks

1.-Do you have a friend that has a laptop so you can try to play an online game in that laptop with your router to test it?
2.-This sounds more like a software problem if you ask me, however it only affects the online functionality, can you check the firewall? you don't need to do anything just tell me if you see any red alerts or something.
3.-Another thing you can do is call your ISP if you can confirm the router is the problem (via my first recommendation)
4.- Does this affect ONLY the online functionaity? can you play any online and demanding games?
-Please provide full specs of the machine, PSU and HDD included
5.- Lastly the ultimate measure would be formatting, i only recommend this as your plan D :p

Also, regarding your last concern, this "forum" has no sections, or threads, just add a tag to the topic if you feel like it

1 - I'll get back to you on that one.
2 - Checked firewall, doesn't seem to be anything that would limit the games. They are all checked, and should have permissions.
3 - Called ISP, went through all sorts of router settings. There really isn't anything left that they can try or suggest.
4 - I was able to play online for Age of Empires 3 with no problem, but the games listed just crash immediately. I found it hard to believe that it was hardware at first, because I can play a heavily modified Skyrim (w/ ENB) with no problem at all. Now, I'm not ruling anything out. SIngle player (like Skyrim) is no problem at all for me to play. In addition, being able to play DayZ through the play button proves that I can still play this game, as performance was perfectly fine. Specs for my PC are:

GPU: Gtx 780
CPU: i5-4670k (@4.00GHz)
PSU: Corsair HX750 Gold
Mobo: MSI Z87-G43 Gaming
HDD: Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
CPU Cooler: H100i Liquid Cooling

So, any ideas? I've tried reverting my video drivers, and nothing seems to work. I am about to try rolling DirectX back.

EDIT: I went and loaded DayZ just now. Rather than clicking server browser, I clicked play. To my surprise, the game successfully loaded up, putting me into the server I had been on the last time I had successfully played it. In addition, other players were in-game at the time. This raises a few new questions. Can my PC, for some odd reason, now not be capable of displaying the servers of games? Maybe not capable of pinging all of those servers at once? I don't really know what to think about it now.

There hasn't been any cases of blue screening, so I don't have any dump logs to show you. However, I could provide application hang logs of each of the games, and look for a pattern. Tomorrow sometime, I will go through the games I have tested which don't work, and I will post each of the logs side-by-side.
