Can I play Xbox 360 games on of with the disc?

I'm just commenting to add a little more detail, since two others have already answered your question.
Though both Xbox and Windows are made by Microsoft, the more important part is the hardware inside and that is radically different. Windows is always ran on systems using x86 processors, while the Xbox 360 uses hardware based on IBM's architecture. I would say its like trying to speak Chinese if your native language was English, but in truth its more extreme than that. Its probably more like being a pediatrician and trying to perform a complex surgery on a shark. Not even the basics of anything about them match up. While in theory original Xbox games and Xbox One games could be adapted to the PC very easily, they also wouldn't work right off without some adaptation.
