Can anyone help me? Im using window 7 on toshbia laptop satellite c655 and the version of internet explorer is version 11. I cannot download anything from the internet. At first I can't download and upload thing but I read some help site and fix the upload issue but now I have a downloading issue. When I second mouse it and click on SAVE AS or download. Nothing pops up. Only pictures can be save but it will be untitled. It didnt do that before. I need help.
