hi everyone i am a novice at building gaming pc, i want to build a gaming pc and i have a budget of 350-400 dollars can u guys and ladies plz give me your opinion and give me a list of hardware i would need to buy? am looking for amd cpu or intel cpu with 4 or 8 gb ram mayb a quad core if possible thx you very much i appreciate your opinions

the intel mb when you have the funds ytou can swap out the cpu for a four core cpu. the cpu has video for now when you have the funds drop in a 750ti or amd gpu.

Depending on the socket of the i5 you will be buying. If you are looking for an i5, then my recommendation is an i5-4690 or i5-4690K.

the x87 mb will do older haswell. the newer x97 will do the newer haswell devil cannon cpu and the upcoming brodwell cpu with a bios update.
