First pc build budget $700 NZD (CONSOLE KILLER!!!!)

this will be my first build I have only two components I'm set on that is CPU:Intel Pentium 3258 and GPU:EVGA GTX 750 TI FTW.i have a budget of $700 NZD maximum I would appreciate if you could finish of my parts list within my budget including my chosen CPU and GPU. I want this pc to be as good as or better than next gen consoles particularly PlayStation 4 because we know it's the best console ;)

( keep in mind I'm from New Zealand and would be very grateful if u could create a list of parts that are available in NZ) :)

The problem is PC can't compare with a console. The RAM size is different. To be honest, there is no actual equivalent. But anyways back to the build. The build is listed below.
