Hello everyone
My company planning to make an internal network just for chat and audio communication and we well have internal VPN for encryption purpose but because we have very far distance between the locations for the company we must use wireless for that I made a research on the internet and on the local store on my country for wireless equipment and I found this company Ubiquiti for wireless equipment and I found two choices the first one is Ubiquiti AirFiber 5Ghz for faster connection and more distance and the second is Ubiquiti Rocket M5 AC with RocketDish.
First question: Is it enough for my company to use Ubiquiti Rocket M5 AC with RocketDish for connecting between all 15 Branches in the city with high encryption used and high distance between the branches maybe from 5 mile to 25 mile or more between one to another just for VOIP and chat use ?
Second question: Is it stable and good performance for the network to connect one branch to another like this ( first branch to second branch, second branch to third branch, third branch to fourth branch ... etc) if somebody in the first branch need to call someone in the fifth branch is it good quality for voice and secure for him ?
Notes: my company is just 75 employees in 15 branches, most important is security and good quality sound for VOIP, high availability also very important, we can't use fiber or Ethernet just wireless tech

Your requirements and the need to only use wireless don't match. Wireless is probably the most unreliable and hackable netwoking you can use. You should talk to a company specializing in setting up long distance wireless. Most companies with your requirements would setup a VPN connection between the sites using a business ISP account or do a leased line setup. While you can get some general guidance, you really should work with a consultant locally.
