Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

Hello, I am looking to build my first PC for editing videos to put on youtube. I will be using a Go Pro 3+. I need some advice

There are many great Youtube videos - Paul (formerly from Newegg) has his own channel and he has a good video on "Pauls' Hardware" channel.
