Are my i7 4770K and GFX temperatures fine?

Idle temperature - 35C - 40C for both

Temperature when running Minecraft -
CPU - 55C/65C
GTX 770 - 40C/45C

Temperature when runnning Battlefield 4 on High/Ultra -
CPU - 60C/65C
GTX 770 - 70C/75C

I can also change my fan speeds on the GFX, not sure what the best setting to have it on is.

TMPIN1 is usually something to do with the motherboard VRM circuits. i would be worried about that. and would make damn well sure it was a problem with the software and not your motherboard.
