Dear community,

I want to know if someone can give me a hand here.

I have bought a Sapphire HD7870 GHz Edition and I am looking for a PSU. I can have a nice deal with a OCZ 600W S&S but I don't know if this PSU can handle this graphic card.

My build is: E8400, P5E3, 2X2GB DDR3 and an SSD 120GB.

I would like to make some OC to the graphic card and of course in the CPU (Nothing special in the CPU, something around 3.2GHz).

Thank you in advance.

This list has tiers , Anything Tier-3 or above is good while something not on the list is either outdated or still new.

OCz Isn't really known for its powersupplies , you can get by with it however you take the risk and it won't be the best of options when you decide to upgrade one day.

Why you say that? I have seen on the HW Secrets a review from this PSU and they say that the PSU is ok. They even managed to get more than 600W.

What you mean by the quality isn't good?

Ok. Thanks for the reply.

To upgrade in the future I'll need to invest in a good power supply because I«ll be changing all the computer configuration. But for now, for the build I have I think that is enough. At least for 1 year or 2 years.
