Gigabyte Realtek® ALC887 codec problem

I m having problems with the connection to internet, my mobo is Ga b85m-ds3h with windows 7 64 bits. I have tried to install the last Lan driver and show me a window with a text, it´s say : The RealTek Network Adapter/Controller was not found.
If Deep Sleep Mode enabled Please Plug the Cable
Plis need help really fast!!!

he ALC887 is .... your sound card.
This is not your network adapter.

Here is your lan driver according to gigabyte: http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_lan_realtek_8series_win7.exe

Be sure to have the lan enabled in the bios first. Its in the PERIPHERALS section of the bios and called 'onboard lan controller'. While you are there make sure your audio controller is enabled too.

Then it sounds like the lan chip died. Do you have an open slot? all you need is pci or pcie x1.
