Lamptron Fan controller is a failed product ?

Hi all i'm gonna buy a Lamptron FC2 6 channel fan controller but reviews on web are not good that it melts stop working i'm gonna use it with 5 fans of coolermaster . i have now other option here in fan controller thing. so plz advise before i waste my 30 bucks. but people are also saying that they are using delta fans 4000rpm and 2.0 Amp input .these are some serious beasts while i'm using something very low amp 0.35 for 2000rpm fans ....this is bit confusing . they also stated that the controller is not giving 45W per connector which is equals to 12V i thing more or less but i need 4.32V to spin it at highest RPM .....
