Recently my desktop has started to randomly sort of crash in a way. Sa for it's only happened when I'm watching a video with a few tabs open, and what will happen is my monitors go black and say there is no signal, and the sound will cut off immediately. The computer lights stay on and the first time I was able to turn it off by holding down the power button but this time i had to flip the switch on the psu. When I get back to my desktop all the icons will have been shoved to one screen and disorganized but there will be no other sign that anything weird happened. I really have no idea why this is happening and any help will be appreciated.

Try disconnecting all the cables from the motherboard(make sure to take ESD precautions) including the front panel headers. Remove the components and reseat the components(like the components are being installed for the first time). Access the system BIOS setup(also called UEFI firmware) and reset the settings to the factory defaults. If problems continue the motherboard is going bad and needs to be replaced.
