Hi, so I bought a cisco sg-200-26 26 port managed layer two switch. When I try to gamestream to my pc using a shield portable, it says its connecting then drops and says "Cannot connect to pc". I have it hardlined into the switch. When I test the connection it says it getting 100% packet loss but it still sees my pc. I have tried connecting it to other non managed switches and directly into router and they all work flawlessly, even over wireless. Thanks in advance for the help!

Solution
1) Have you tried disabling Windows Firewall (or any other software firewall if you have an internet protection suite installed)?

2) Are you using the 5GHz channel (N or AC) to connect to the router on your device?

3) Try disabling any QoS on the router and also WMM on the wireless settings.

4) Last but not least, attempt a clean install of Nvidia drivers including Geforce experience.

First of all, based on the network "map" you provided, you seem to have a cable from the SG200 to another switch that also has a link to the router switch ports?

This tends to create problems because of the bridge loop - particularly broadcast storms.

You should connect only one of the switches to the router's LAN port(s) - either the SG200 or the unmanaged switch. Alternatively, connect both switches to the router's LAN ports and ditch the link between the 2 switches.

Next, check that your router and/or switch do not interfere with IGMP. You might want to disable IGMP snooping on both units where applicable.

Lastly, you might want to try to reinstall the Nvidia drivers (choose custom install and make sure to do a Clean install) on the PC.
