Ok guys, so canada computers have an amazing deal for just ONE week this week, I could get the zotac 780ti AMP! for almost the same price as the Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming card, I have this Power supply http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=33_1238_443&item_id=057135 , and also I don't really want to expand more than 1080p or 1200p if I end up getting a 1200p monitor. so, any reasons why I should get one over the other? since the 970 doesn't have any deal yet, would I be wiser to wait for a deal on the 970 to pay even less money? I'll be finishing my build around january so I'll take advantage of boxing week as well.
EDIT: Also, why the hell is the zotac 780 ti AMP edition is soooo much more expensive than the GTX 970, I heard their performances are kinda similar the 780 ti is more powerful, but do I need that extra power for so much more money? as I said I am probably gonna play alot of games but only on 1080p, I don't really fancy 4k, and I have time, so I could wait for a deal on the Gigabyte card from now till the end of december. cheers~
