System freezing

I Have a problem my dell optiplex gx620 tower computer It .can't stop freezing i tried changing ram, reinstalling windows 7 (actually tiny7), resseting BIOS,try adavnced system care troubleshooting,
Nothing

What else could it be??

Specs:
Intel pentium 4 ht
nvidia geforce gt 210
windows 7 ultimate (tiny7)
2gigs of ddr2
2X80gb HHD

Run the on-board diagnostics to ensure there is not a hard drive error code.

As soon as you turn on the machine, keep tapping F12 key until the one time boot menu comes up, then select the diagnostic option.

I tried the memory test and the hard drive test and, no errors.
And, when i open task manager, i only have 200M used because i have tiny7

Well i sometimes am blatantly ignorant,i just read the first part and didn't know what the next (x) meant,




Looked a bit into it and will stop. I never search for things like this so don't know about them.If i wanted a free os would i just go for one of the free linux versions.
