Tell me what you think about this setup.

Solution
I wouldn't use hyper 212 EVO on a 1700$ build. It is a great cooler but on this budget getting something more cooler and silent would be better.
That Mobo you chose is a Z87. Some motherboards have compatibility issues with the Devil-Canyon
And Gaming G1 is the best gtx 970, I've seen so far.
Here's what I'll recommend.

You have a good build i will not change anything 16 gb ram is too much just for gaming but its fine if you want to future proof it i can see that you are planning for SLI in future.
Also get the corsair vengeance 2100 7.1 headphones i have heard they are better and many people have faced problems with kraken 7.1

What u think about my Motherboard? I choose 4 memory SLOT + SLI for maybe future upgrades. and i was worried about heat in my computer since im gonna overcloack sometimes. tell me what u think about cooling! Thanks for awnsers!!!

Not bad, but I'd nix the EVGA ACX, which they put crap parts on, and go any other reputable brand of 970 or non ACX EVGA. Best IMO is the Giga, and NCIX have it in stock. I'd also drop the RAM to 8GB to afford it.

Optionally, if you want to get a bit better HDD, the WD Black is very good. You could also upgrade to the ASUS Sabertooth Mark2 MB, which is about $25 more and has a standard 1866 MHz RAM speed vs 1600 (no OC), DTS capable onboard sound (via pass through), and a 5 yr warranty.

The sad thing here is in a little over a year, there will be MUCH better parts to build with across the board, from Pascal, to 1151, to Skylake, to DDR4. 2016 will be a far better time to build.

You will not get any noticeable performance difference between 1600 ,1860 ,2100 etc especially in games you will not notice a single fps increase with high frequency ram.
256 gb for SSD is too much as its only used for OS but anyway you will be using it so its upto you.
Get the gigabyte G1 or MSI twin frozer gtx 970 they are so far the best brands available evga has heating issues with their gtx 900 series .
Getting a G2 is a good decision.

For cooling i will say dont go with liquid cooling air is better than liquid and makes less noise plus less hassle so hyper 212 is good for moderate OC but if you are planning for heavy oc then go for noctua D15 better than most of the liquid coolers.

dont use the sedion either go for h100i or get the noctua d15.
But liquid cooler have many problems noise and risk of leakage plus if the pump gets bad then you will face overheating problems.

Your PC is a nice built, suggest you to go for a liquid cooler like h60 or a h100i for future overclocking.
and 8 gb ram is more than enough for recent games, a higher 8 gb speed ram can be looked at.

and for a gaming headset u can check steelseries Siberia elite, I am using it and its really good. (just an option)
