hey hammoon i think those are a bit high i get 55 on an 4790k and an 980 msi 4g and 50 on the gpu with 60% load. salam khob eshtebah gofti onam doros nist(az nazare man)
you are using a LAPTOP, those temperatures are very respectable, but it also depends on your cpu and gpu max operating temp, -10 from tjmax and make sure you always stay below it and you should be fine, i do not recommend cooling pad as they make very little difference unless you build it, also cleaning the dust from your heatsink and fan while also replacing the thermal grease to help reduce temperatures. i recommend arctic silver 5
