Looking to Buy a Motherboard. Unsure of MB Necessary.

Hello! I'm looking to upgrade from my lame AMD Athlon CPU to this Intel Core i5-4690K:

Of course I'll need a new motherboard to match, so I'm looking for suggestions. I'm sort of on a budget, and the most I'd like to pay is $110. I was going to get this motherboard:

But now I'm trying to save a bit. So what would be the difference between the MB I just showed you and this MB? - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K23BW70/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

I'm not a huge overclocker, and I'm just not sure what the difference is. I'd love to save $30+ by getting the second motherboard, but will I lose performance?

The expensive mobo has support for 3 way sli but the cheaper one only supports 2. The more expensive motherboard has features that you may not even use. This isn't big deal so recommend the cheaper one. No, you will not lose performance. Motherboards do not impact performance and will only do if you overclock you CPU. But since they are both z97 boards, they should have equal overclocking capability.
