I am building my first pc, and my cooler master storm Stryker case has a zillion wires coming out of it (for led's and such). I have an asus z97a motherboard and a seasonic 650 watt power supply. Are there any guides to show where all the wires from the case go? The manuals are useless here.

The motherboard manual will have the layout for the front panel header. Usually with an arrow showing the location. Just a matter of orienting yourself to the direction that the connectors need to go, reading the labels on the wires, and going from there.

If the wires are the colored type the colored wire will be positive. If they are single color, the connector should have the polarity screen printed on it.

You might check the motherboard box for a connector header. Basically a block that matches the front panel header so that you can plug the wires into that, then into the motherboard without having to orient yourself.
