quick random fps drops from 90 -3 fps

hi people i have a problem with my pc i get large fps drops while playing games my temps afre fine however i get v core drops while playing games.

specs:
fx 4130 cpu
hd 6790 gpu
4 gb ddr3 crucil memeoy
2 hdd
lc powe 500 w psu
asrock mobo 960GM-VGS3 FX

Your psu sucks,maybe get a better one?

Do you still get vcore drops when disabling cool'nquiet? Look for that in the bios.

yes i thought i would add more anwsers lol and i did disable cool n quiet and i updated everything still happens
o and also v core drops only when im gaming

Can you do this?

Download the next program=hwinfo32,

http://www.hwinfo.com/download32.html

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors=V,after that click run,,then click at the bottom "Logging start" ,after that choose a name and place for the log.like Hwinfolog at your desktop.
Leave it open and do game/stresstest or whatever you do until a crash.The log will end at that point but will be saved.If it doesn't crash is 15->30min. enough.
After the restart upload the log to a site without to much crap (!),for instance dropbox,and leave a link to it here.You could also look at the log yourself with either excel or libre office calc.

You just can let it run for 15min. or even 30min. and then stop it,after that upload the info and supply the link here.Make sure you stresstest during that time,use furmark,a game or even prime95.not together that is.
