I am doing a PC build and i confused whether to go with the 450w PSU with the
cabinet or get a different PSU (most people recommended Corsair 550w PSU )
.........and i dont plan on gaming

I am going with the gigabyte H81M-S1

The deciding factor typically is the graphics card as it uses the most power. If you are not using a dedicated card, then you could use something as low as a 350W.

This one is a bit overkill if you're not running dedicated graphics, but it is a good price at $25
It's an average PSU meant for entry level computers, perfect for what you describe.
