I am using a broadband network with i-ball baton modem-cum-wifi router. One day, suddenly I found my network was gone. I checked in 192.168.1.1 and found all my settings were reset. I could not set it again. I connected my PC in bridge mode (in router) and it is working fine now. I am facing a weired problem that whenever I open utorrent or teamspeak3 client or try to play battlefield 3 multiplayer, I see in command prompt that my network is request timed out. It of course is my PC. Let me tell the reason behind my strong prediction -- I have two computers connected to my modem-cum-router. I am using another modem that serving the WAN to my router. Now, the another PC is working fine with the another connection. My PC is not working properly. I tried win XP x32, Win 7 x64. Same problem each case. And one more thing, when I see "request tmied out" in my PC, the another PC can't send or receive any data also. But when the problem occurs, PC taskbar shows an active network connection (in the right side of the task bar I see "network access"). I tried another Laptop removing my own PC. Then it is working fine. May be some motherboard issue or some other hardware fault. (Don't say some silly mistake is happening. I triend everything even changed my cable and RJ 45 and everything but the problem presists when it is my PC. Pls tell me any possible solution. PC - Win 7 Ultimate X64. 6GB RAM. FX - 6100 Black Edition. Gigabyte GA-78-LMT-USB3. 1 TB SATA HDD. DVD RW etc.
