when I turned on my computer prepairing to configure windows do not turn off came up it has been 5 minutes nothing happened

I restored wife's computer to factory restore it worked fine no turned it on this morning and preparing to configure window do not turn off poped up and it has been 10 minutes and nothing happened yet.pleez help.Thank You John

This can take a while. 10 minutes is not long at all for updates to install even on a fast computer. If it's stuck there for half a day then you should get worried.
