Good Motherboards Compatible With My Components?

Hey guys, I'm building a gaming PC and still need to find a good motherboard compatible with my Intel i5-4690k and MSI GTX 970. I would like it to be less than about $125.

Any suggestions?

I'm using this board now and can't say enough good about it. I usually go Asus (take a look at the Z97-A, a little over your budget but an amazing board) but this time was building a blue/black theme. That was my original reason for getting it, and I'm glad I did. Asrock is making some quality boards lately. It won Tom's "Approved Hardware" award.
