Hello friends, I am seeking help from people that would be familiar with this situation, where a desktop system is constantly rebooting while playing games and or exactly when I launch black ops 2, reboots after a minute. GPUs don't over-heat and psu is infull working order.

None of the components are overclocked.

I've built my own FIRST rig, specs:
Asus v formula - Z
AMD FX 9370 8 cores
8GB R9 AMD RAM (4x2GB DDR3)
CPU COOLING SYSTEM noctua nh-dh140 (If i remember the full name of it correctly, it's just gigantic.......)
Corsair HX850 PSU
2TB Hard Drive
DVD Drive
2 GRAPHIC CARD USING CROSSFIRE cable
Both are AMD 280x R9
One is Sapphire Vapor with two fans
the other one is Toxic with a triple fan system.
I'm using the Toxic one as the primary GPU (Nearest to the CPU).

The system DOES NOT OVER-HEAT as you may think of, which makes it hard for me to consider the possible problems that might be making the system to reboot.. :(
I really trust this website, because there's a lot of polite people which really do their best to help! And hopping that someone might give me some assistance if possible..
I was using Windows 8 before for the system, the constant reboots were occurring, but then it stopped, I have no idea what have I done. Now I've installed windows 7 and it constantly reboots when launched a game, played it for 10 minutes or it reboots on the start of game when launched and entered the game's menu. After the constant reboots, system gets even more crazy, on windows startup, when brought to the log in screen, it then immediatelly reboots, pathetic isn't it?
So that I wouldn't forget to mention, sometimes when playing or browsing the internet the SCREEN FREEzES and buzzy sounds comes from speakers, after a while, the screen unfreezes itself, but I have no control of the system then, no input devices work or they work but in a seriously laggy way, if i would move the mouse to the right, it would start move in 10 seconds only and stop in half way...... Crazy Innit?

All cables are seated properly as well as the hardware.
I've done Memtest, CPU and GPU tortures, no problems found or none occured.
I've read something on the Internet that replacing somekind of External magic control (USB 2.0 to VGA) drivers with an older version of something fixes it.. Didn't even bothered to try, because no one actually tried that.

I've deleted drivers for video cards, used driver sweeper to clear all data that was used, installed by the gpu drivers. downloaded latest AMD catalyst drivers and installed them/ (DIDN'T help :( )

When playing games, GPUs get to a maximum of 60Celsius degrees, CPU gets to 50 Degrees

(I don't know if that has something to do with it, but I'm using a 32inch TV for the system using an HDMI cable)
I wouldn't believe that it's the power supplies fault, because it works properly most of the time...

I AM INCLUDING HWINFO, BIOS and EVENT LOG screen shots, within this thread!

What I've done so far was disabled 3,4,5,6,7,8 cores in BIOS and left number 1 and 2 cores running only, didn't have a crash so far while playing, but the CPU consumption was 100% whilst playing. I will be posting pictures of component status test while playing with two cores and eight full cores, tomorrow.

After running two cores and playing for 5 minutes with no crashes, I activated all 8 cores and the system rebooted after a 1-2 minute gameplay.... Anything guys? The cpu is not faulty if anyone is going to ask, because it worked fine for a while when I used windows 8...

Itried removing video cards and running a single one, each time, didn't work out, the system did same reboots. Then I had plugged a power cable to the motherboard's EZ plug found on Asus formula z, so I disconnected that plug, it gives extra power when there are multiple video cards installed. The system did the reboots again...When I'll come back from work, I'll try to clear out CMOS (the motherboard is new, I don't see a point in clearing it, but worth to try).

Can it be driver related? Most of the people that get these problems discuss the posibility of broken, erong drivers for the system and suggest to download older version of drivers or either update them to the latest, I'm sure that my drivers are up to date..... Anything else? :(

As I said guys, PSU is in full working order, I've just tested it on another system which consumes double less the amount of electricity than my current system does.. I've cleared CMOD as well, I'll try it in 30 minutes. I'm playing a game on thr older system and still testing the psu... Any other help, Supervision? :)

It might be the motherboard. If it isn't the motherboard it is the psu.

Other things you could try

update the bios
disable turbo core
set the voltage from auto to stock values manually (I would try 1.465v - 1.5v)
disable cores (try with 6 and 4 enabled)

PSU worked fine on the other system, all parts working properly and the motherboard has a Q-Code screen, so if it would have a fault, then the 2 digit screen would show it, wouldn't it??
With two cores, black ops 2 is playable with no reboots, but consuming 100% CPU....
I'll try to update BIOS, going to disable turbo core, disable some cores.

I've reseated all hardware components and started the system, I was able to play black ops 2 for 10 minutes, then the system rebooted, after it rebooted, when I got to Windows log on screen, I logged in, after half of minute, it rebooted again. Now I cleared the CMOS and waiting if the reboot is going to happen again. GPUs and CPU is cold, not overheated.

I figured it out myself... The problem was the PSU, it wasn't enough efficient for the system.... I needed a little bit more power, so I'm selling it and buying a 1000watts one. Thanks guys!

Still not sure if I'm correct on the answer I've stated to you guys, because when I take one of my video cards out and play on maximum settings, the computer reboots immediately, same as with two cards using crossfire. When playing on 800x600 resollution, all graphics set on low or disabled, computer doesn't reboot (+ the 32 inch TV's display is shrinked from 1920x720 to 1280x720, the actual display I get is shrinked with black borders around it, not very much, but still. After a while of gaming it would reboot... Strange isn't it? The graphics cards are fully functioning, ran them through torture tests. Can it be that the graphics cards consume a lot more electricity when running graphics on a 32inch TV? If the answer is YES, then I for sure I need a new power supply...

I ran Unigine Valley benchmark tests for the GPUs, using Crossfirex, I didn't get a reboot doing a full benchmark test on 1280x720 or was it a 1920x1080 can't remember, resolution, strange........
