I could buy a:

iBUYPOWER ASUS POWERED NE767A Desktop PC Pentium G3220 (3.00GHz) 4GB DDR3 500GB HDD Windows 8.1 64-Bit

Pentium G3220 (3.00GHz)
4GB DDR3 500GB HDD
Windows 8.1 64-Bit
AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB
$599

I'm wondering if it can run bo2 at least 60 fps on medium graphics. Or on low and have 70 fps?

Solution
you're gonna have a pretty tough time with the r7 240, its a very very entry level card, it is not much more powerful than intel's integrated graphics.

i would agree with superkill, going to the 750 ti will get you the performance you want, even if you dont decide to go with the overclockable g3258. I would still recommend getting a z97 board, rather than a budget option, so you have the option for an upgrade in the future

I dont think so because the R7 240 in your build is a really weak graphics card. I recommend getting the GTX 750 ti. It is a great value and has great performance. Low heat output and low power consumption. Trust me, you will get your money's worth. I recommend getting a Pentium G3258 instead because it is unlocked and you could overclock it to 3.8 GHZ even without a good motherboard.

I forgot to mention that the G3258 is quite a but faster than the G3220 out of the box, and getting the G3258 would compliment the GTX 750 ti I recommended. I feel that the G3220 would bottleneck most graphics cards out right now. So I highly recommend paying the extra $20 for a better processor overall. So I would suggest not buying a prebuilt machine and building it yourself. That prebuilt iBuyPower machine is pretty bad for the money and you wont be able to run most games. If you need help building a computer, just search up guide on Tom's Hardware or Youtube.
