It could be.. the bottleneck in the sense you won't be able to maximize the best performance of GTX750ti..
Your cpu could run 750ti with a decent preset... But the card can handle even BF4, 40-60+ fps at high preset with i5 3.2ghz Sandy bridge (stock) that your cpu may not..
