I would recommend the ASUS. It has better RAM support, has a greater array of connectivity, and is most likely more reliable.

Go with Asus - they're generally one of the most highly-recommended manufacturers, and I've personally had bad experiences with Gigabyte in the past. It's likely to be more reliable and well-built as a whole, along with better memory support like mango mentioned above. And for what it's worth to you, the Asus appears to have much better rear I/O connectivity.
