can anyone suggest me a good PSU that is capable of overclocking ?
other components of the proposed build is as follows:
Intel core i5 4690K
Kingston 4gb RAM
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 mobo
cooler master Hyper 412 slim
Thermaltake Chaser a21 casing

PSU's from corsair & coolermaster are preferred.

BTW, PSUs from Corsair and Cooler Master are NOT preferred, unless you want an inferior unit or plan to pay through the nose for one of their high end units. What you want is something made by or branded Seasonic, like an XFX unit. They will be budget friendly yet be high quality well made units that actually perform up to the listed specs. It really depends on what you go with for graphics though. Corsair does make some halfway decent Tier 3 PSUs in their CX and VS series PSUs but their not recommended for overclocking or gaming.

Cooler master has some decent higher end PSUs made for them by Seasonic, but you can get better units cheaper.

i've heard that the maintenance of liquid coolers is very difficult than the fan coolers, that's why i am hesitating to buy a liquid cooler..

The EVO performs on par if not better than any closed loop cooler up to the H80. So get an EVO up to the H80, at that point get the H100.

If you're overclocking, go with the EVO , or preferably, plan for a higher end air cooler. The H55 lags behind high end air coolers on overclocked rigs as seen here:
