I recently upgraded my internet from 10/1 Mb/s to 100 Mb/s. The provider came and installed a new modem and router. They are combined into 1. I have 2 computers in the house and both are connected by a cable and internet is working, but web browsing works for 15 minutes then for 2-3 minutes it will not work.
Example: I am on Skype or watching something on the internet live everything is working fine. I decide to open a new tab on Google chrome to check Youtube, livescore.com or any site I can think of and it will not be able to load. I get the "unable to load webpage" or unable to connect to internet. When that happens Skype or whatever i am streaming still works without any problem, i will still be able to communicate with the person on Skype and watch the stream with no interruption but web browsing will not work for 2-3 minutes and then it will work again for 15 minutes(approximately)
With my old router and modem since I had both before I upgraded my internet I had no problems with anything, everything was working fine. Since i do not know a lot about computers/technology they finally sent a team to check if everything was fine and indeed they said everything is good.
The Modem/Router(combined into 1) is a Cisco EPC3928
