Hey guys,
So my budget is $550.00 for a 1080p 120hz Tv. Now I do want quality as well as performance, is there such a thing out there with these kinds of tvs, for that price. Max Size would be 32 inch.

Solution
Check this out. 1/2 your budget!

This isn't a TV, but it is a 1080p monitor 1MS response time:

I see your system is quite strong. Have you considered upgrading that 1080p requirement to 1440p?

If so- check this out- they're not 32" but excellent monitors.

I think you want a monitor, not a TV.
Monitors are designed for pc's and gaming with typically lower input latency.
If your graphics card can not deliver 120fps then it seems to me to be fruitless to chase a higher refresh rate.

With your budget, you can fine even a 2560 x 1600 30" monitor or a 1440P 27" monitor.

A good gaming 1080P large monitor will even be much less.

I edited my post with a few more options. I personally would go for the 1440p with that GPU.

I have a 970 and would like to get a 1440p or 4k monitor... but I currently use my PC as a media center, so it is in my living room on a 1080p display.

You raise a question?
What do you value in games?
If you are playing fast response shooters, that is one thing.
If you want better looking graphics or a more immersive experience that is another.

For fast response, you want a tn panel and probably s smaller 24" monitor.

For good looks, a ips panel and a larger resolution would be more appropriate.

On a budget, Look at the Qnix 27" 2560 x 1440 monitor.

It is more expensive because of the very fast response time. It is still under your budget.

1ms will result in virtually no ghosting on moving images.
It is also a 1440p monitor. Naturally the higher resolution costs more money, but with that GPU and your budget, why not?
