Would these Specs Count as a low-end or mid-range gaming pc?

Amd FX4300 3.8ghz (Quad-core)
8Gb Ram
Radeon R7 240 2GB
Western Digital 1TB HDD

What setting do you think I could run Bf4 on?
PS I was able to run FarCry3 on ultra at about 23FPS (Using Bandicam)(If that helps at all)

That's a definite low end entry level set-up. I wouldn't recommend any FX 4xxx processor. Been very underwhelmed every time I've used them in a build. With AMD I suggest 6300, minimum, or nothing. Stay away from the APU options as well, as they're severely underpowered, and don't come with that great of an on board graphics solution anyway.

What's your budget?

Here's an alternative low-budget build, with a clear upgrade path for the future

That seems to be a decent entry-level rig, why did you chose an i3 over a 6300?

Better upgrade path in terms of i5/i7

As opposed to different sockets between 6300 and next gen AMD processors, alleged
