Hey guys I recently got this graphics card

Ever since i got it I have been having screen tears and flickering and after googling around I have found several threads that say the answer to this problem is updating the VBIOS
However, none of them are exactly for this card so I am hoping to get some help with flashing the VBIOS for this card.
So far I have found this http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/152468/sapphire-r9270x-2048-131209.html but I do not know how to incorporate that into the bootable USB to make sure everything works properly.
