Having BSOD problems for a while now on Cool Boot.

Hi i have another topic on this matter but i believe no one is going to anser that topic anymore so i created a new one with the hope that someone can help me.

My problem is that always when i start up my computer on a Cool Boot it always crashes and shows a random BSOD, i have tried almost everything and i still dont know whats the problem, here is the most recent BSOD i got:

Do you have any idea why i only have problems at a cool boot?, also i remember i did a chkdsk and nothing showing up i also did a test with a tool from western digital to check the disk and didnt showed any errors.

I installed a new OS in another HDD i had and just made a cool boot from that HDD and STILL GOT THE DAMN BSOD.

I think that pretty much asures that the problem is not the HDD nor is in the software.

I have 2 sata cables i will replace both, but wouldnt using the other HDD would discard that problem?, since i have both connected and they have different cables.
