Ill be playing RPGs and other games like skyrim/minecraft/GTA I was wondering if this computer would handle theses games on higest settings

With a GT 640, I'd be iffy on it. Honestly, you can probably build your own that's superior for the amount of money involved.

Minecraft yes, the other two no.

Actually not too bad a price for the end product.
