The problem with a Dell (or any OEM ex. HP, Acer, etc) is if you don't use the exact same dell mobo, you will need to by a new OS, OEM's tie their OS to the mobo.

As long as it's a retail copy & not a Dell copy (their discs actually 'scan' the hardware 1st to ensure it's the correct system)

Your best bet would be to locate one on ebay, do a search on Dell Deminsion b110, although, you need to run something like 'Speccy' (free @ www.pirform.com/speccy) to find the exact model mobo. That mobo & hardware is old enough, that gaming would probably be out.
