Whats the budget you are looking to to be in, because things can get mighty pricey when dealing with a media type of machine.

Your going to need at least an i7 with its multi threading tech, I agree with the above poster you need to post your budget and its probably going to be very pricey. I would set aside at least a grand

Newer chip-set build i7-E faster machine went it comes to editing as it has more Cores, but gaming they will be very close to the same thing.
