Suggested PSU and air CPU cooler for my PC

Hi, can someone suggest me a good PSU and air CPU cooler for my PC:

Intel Core i7 5820k (probably going to overclock it in the future)
ASRock X99 Extreme4
Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 16GB 2400Mhz
HD 6970 2gb (I bought this 3.5 years ago and will probably upgrade to GTX 970 or something similar next year)
2x Samsung SSD 850 PRO 256 GB
2x WD HDD Black 1TB

I will use this PC for 3D modeling/rendering and gaming.

Is 650W going to be enough for the GTX 970 that i'm planning to buy next year?

A XFX 550 WILL RUN A 970 , just gave you room for overclocking WITH THE 650W.
