2-Way SLI with MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G - would it run too hot in a Micro ATX Case?

I just picked up a pair of MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 4G, and now ready to pick the rest of my components.
I know that I won't be adding any other expansions to the PC, so my first though was getting a Micro-ATX motherboard, and a smaller case. My current choice is BitFenix Phenon Micro-ATX (http://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/phenom-micro-atx/)

Even though I don't plan to overclock, will I run into overheating issues? Should I got for a bigger case?

Solution
Yes. As I said "And small cases with SLI (even low power 970s) should be avoided."

These cards are the basis of a really good build. I'd be reluctant to create problems by squeezing them into a small case. But some do do that and are happy even if their PC runs a bit hotter than usual. You'd have to keep blowing the dust out to make sure none of the cooler performances degraded.

I am thinking MSI Z97M Gaming (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97mgaming).

I am more worried about the heat. Will I run into problems if I stick everything into a small case?

They will be warmer than a larger case but you can easily keep them cool. Just setup your own custom fan speeds if you don't find the stock fan settings ideal. You really shouldn't have any problems with reference coolers and the 970 since the 970 doesn't run hot anyway.

Well I have a different case set up on a Palit GTX 970 reference SLI. I'm using a Corsair 350D. was originally gonna go for Air 240 but it's too compact for SLI. 40-45 degree idle and around 60-70 degree gaming. I'm in a tropical country so I don't know if the temperatures are acceptable.
