I have just finished a build and I had an old Palit 9800gt lying around, so I threw it in the PCIe slot. When I turn the computer on all the fans go on (including that of the gpu) but the monitor won't display anything. When I take the gpu out, it displays perfectly, but I don't want to be running integrated. I haven't actually plugged the DVI cable into the gpu because I have not got one off those in right now, but if I plug it into the VGA port on the motherboard, with the gpu in, it doesn't work.
