I'd like to replace my graphics card in my Lenovo H415 with an AMD A6 - A30 processor, but there is nothing listed in any of my literature or on the Lenovo website about type of card is compatible. Can someone please tell me what would work. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just what would be a stock GPU. I don't do any gaming, just regular computing.

Thanks!

Any dedicated graphics card designed for a PCI Express slot will fit. Your computer currently is using an APU, which is integrated graphics and the processor on the same die and that share the same memory. A dedicated graphics card such as a Radeon 5450 would be more than sufficient for your needs and are relatively inexpensive. A card more powerful than that will probably need a more powerful power supply than what came stock. A dedicated graphics card will make your processor not have to work so hard to produce both graphics as well as other data processing, so it will essentially make your system a bit faster overall.

Cheers!
