Gigabyte R9 280x windforce rev 2 problems

I get a lot of graphical glitches while using my r9 280x I have read on a lo of forums that flashing my bios is the best method to fix this. im not sure what bios i should use. GPUZ said my bios is 0.15.041.000.000.000000 but gigabyte oc guru said my bios is F70 .
if its not too much to ask can someone link me the correct bios i should use to flash.

Don't flash the BIOS as it is risky and voids the warranty. RMA back to Newegg or wherever you bought it, or if that doesn't work, have it replaced directly by Gigabyte. Btw, that card is so heavily factory OC'ed by Gigabyte, the high clock speeds cause artifacts. The older Gigabyte R9 cards are known for this problem and lowering the clock speeds can solve the problem. The rev 3.0 cards still have problems, but not nearly as bad.
