TL;DR Bios A doesn't work anymore, no screen immage, boot loops. Bios B works, but is it enough?

I started using my new computer build and everything was fine for a few days. Untill i tried to update again to the latest bios upgrade, it started installing through the motherboards own software, and suddently, everything crashed. I wasn't paying attention to the installation, and whenever i try to start the system back up, i get no immage on the screen. Connecting the screans to the built in motherboard slots didn't work either. The error messages that display on the motherboard are F2 and 36-39. now i'm stuck with only 1 working bios. Can you help me make Bios A work again?
Everything seemed to work fine in the BIOS B, but now my computer crashed for no apparent reason, and i refuse to use it like this.
Solutions i've already tried: Clearing Cmos with the Clear CMOS button, removing the battery for an extended period. Only connected nessesary devices, mouse keyboard. Wiping my SSD.

Motherboard: Z97 Gaming 7
CPU: i7 4760k
I can post more specs later if nessesary.

Yeah, the bios is clearly damaged, however i'm not sure how to reflash the bios A without being able to see what to do. As i said, i don't get any monitor activity when attempting to boot up Bios A.

It seems i've stumbled upon a common issue with MSI Gaming board, and that is that part of their own ''Live Update'' is a Flash BIOS update. I installed other programs through windows, and when it came to the Flash BIOS file, it wouldn't work and it crashed my BIOS 1. Switching to Bios 2 makes it possible to use the computer, but i'm not satisfied untill i get the BIOS 1 back up working. Now my problem is that neither copying the newest BIOS from MSI website, or making a copy of the BIOS onto a USB drive is working. The message i'm getting is that the file i just copied doesn't contain the ME file, and therefor will not suffice for a BIOS update. I've tried several USBs, but admittingly they are all old. My next step is to purchase a new USB, and attempt to download the new BIOS to that.
