can i do this with a 4 chan 3.5 bay fan controller

i want to know if i can get a 3.5 bay fan controller that is 4 channel and hook the intake fans on one knob with splitters and then the possessor fan on one and the outtake fan on another and leave one knob open. would this work? in the link is an example of what im talking about for the controller. thanks

That particular fan controller is only rated for 10W per channel, I'd suggest something with ~30 W per channel if considering that but it can be done
