I checked my power target and by default it was at max which was 100. Is that normal? This is for a GTX 750 TI FTW. I was using ASUS GPU Tweak.

If you have one of the versions with no PCIe power connectors, I would assume that you can't increase the power draw on it due to the hard limit on power via the PCIe slot itself at 75w.
