The file you are looking for is called 'hiberfil.sys'.
However, you won't be able to delete manually because it is managed by your OS and it is used when you have your Hibernate mode switched on.
What you need to do in order to resolve this, is basically switching off the Hibernate mode.
You can do that through the advanced power options or simply open Command prompt (Run it as administrator) and type this command: powercfg -h off
Afterwards you can check in with the power options, just to make sure it's turned off for good.
With this command the 'hiberfil.sys' file will be gone as well.
